INVENTORY FINANCE MANAGER
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
The Inventory Finance Manager is a specific position that is located within the Business Development Unit. Her/ his management role will be to take on the process of negotiation and implementation of stock financing products with SGELP partners (manufacturers/ importers and dealers), as well as to handle the day to day commercial relationship with these partners.
This person will also be in charge of the monitoring of the KPIs related to the stock financing activity, providing to the management a comprehensive reporting of the ongoing activity (outstanding, stock turnover, credit lines usage, aging stock ratio, penetration rate of retail finance etc.) and taking actions towards the partners to improve these KPIs on a continuous basis.
The Inventory Finance Manager should be eager to work in a spirit of close collaboration with:
– her/ his colleagues responsible of the development of retail business with vendors in the different sectors of equipment industries for which SGEF provides financing solutions
– the risk team responsible of assessing the dealers and supervising the activity of stock audits
– the digital officer to assure the continuous improvement of our customers journey through the establishment of new digital features
– the Customer service dedicated team in charge of processing the different transactions.
She/ he should assure that the stock financing products proposed by SGELP on the market are in line with the terms and conditions approved by our organization (New Product Committee).
The person can manage multiple priorities and operate in a fast paced business environment. In addition to good English skills and excellent presentation skills, she/ he has a sales and operational mindset.
Main tasks:
- Supervise the negotiation of inventory financing product terms with partners interested in the product
- Manage day-to-day relationship with existing dealers using the inventory financing product, as well as with the manufacturers/ importers in case of existence of an umbrella agreement
- Improving existing inventory finance processes/ policies in close cooperation with relevant members of internal teams including: BDU, Customer Service, Finance Department, Digital Officer, Risk Department
- Monitor KPIs of stock financing activity and supervise the organization of monthly commitees on stock financing together with the risk team
- Participate, together with the risk team, to emergency action plan in case of fraud or sales out of trust
- Participate in projects and other initiatives to further optimize product operational needs
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of managing relationship with key B2B partners (international corporations), in the sphere of heavy industry, agriculture, transport or automotive business
- Fluent English
- Good operational risks culture
- Capacity to analyze corporate financial statements data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experienced in data analysis through Excel (and SQL if possible)
- Project management experience is recommended

3. Dane będą przetwarzane w celu przeprowadzenia procesu rekrutacji na podstawie:

5. Dane będą przechowywane do czasu cofnięcia zgody a także po upływie okresu, podczas którego Administrator przetwarza dane w celu obrony przed ewentualnymi roszczeniami (3 lata). W przypadku wyrażenia zgody na uczestnictwo w przyszłych rekrutacjach przez okres 36 miesięcy od uzyskania zgody lub do momentu jej wycofania.
6. Ma Pani/ Pan prawo dostępu do swoich danych osobowych, ich sprostowania, przenoszenia danych, usunięcia lub ograniczenia przetwarzania.
7. Ma Pani/ Pan prawo do wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec dalszego przetwarzania, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na przetwarzanie danych do jej wycofania. Skorzystanie z prawa cofnięcia zgody nie ma wpływu na przetwarzanie, które miało miejsce do momentu wycofania zgody.
8. Ma Pani/ Pan prawo wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego, gdy Pani/ Pan uzna, iż przetwarzanie danych osobowych narusza przepisy Rozporządzenia.
9. Podanie przez Panią/ Pana danych osobowych w szerszym zakresie niż wynika z Kodeksu pracy jest dobrowolne i nie jest konieczne. Odmowa podania danych uniemożliwi udział w procesie rekrutacyjnym.
